CULTURE COACH

I am an experienced group facilitator with a background in culture and leadership development. I have a B.S in Sociology (University of Rhode Island) and M.S in Leadership (Capella University) that I have applied to higher education, social services, government, and organizational development. My experience spans from working with choruses to executive leadership to outdoor challenge courses.

I have participated in several culture initiatives including the Inclusion Operations Team with the Barbershop Harmony Society and the Culture Summit through the Culture Collective. I have also taught a variety of courses for schools and groups over the past ten years and am driven by my passion to help groups be their best.
